Co-hosts see the same guest list and the same checklist, RSVPs update the headcount as they arrive, and reminders go out from the same place the invitations did. A spreadsheet holds names but cannot chase a reply, and a group chat loses the headcount the moment the conversation moves on.

What does PartyPilot cost?
There is a free plan covering one event per month for up to 10 invitees, plus two one-time packs: a $9.99 Host Pass for a single event and a $24.99 Milestone Pack for three. Both packs raise the invitee limit to 50 per event, and neither is a subscription.
