PartyPilot helps hosts plan milestone events. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
When you create an account, we store your email, name, and event data (guest lists, RSVPs, checklists). If you use SMS invitations, phone numbers are processed through Twilio and are not stored beyond what is needed for delivery.
Your data is used to provide the PartyPilot service: managing events, sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and processing payments. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics only run if a measurement ID is configured and you grant consent. If analytics are disabled or not configured, no tracking script is loaded.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, secure authentication, and row-level database security to protect your information.
