PartyPilot helps hosts plan milestone events. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
When you create an account, we store your email, name, and event data (guest lists, RSVPs, checklists). Guest contact details you add to an event — including phone numbers and email addresses — are stored as part of that event's guest list for as long as you keep the event. When you send an SMS invitation, the number is additionally passed to Twilio to deliver the message. You can remove a guest, or delete your account and all associated data, at any time.
Your data is used to provide the PartyPilot service: managing events, sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and processing payments. We do not sell your personal information.
We use other companies to run PartyPilot. Each one only gets what it needs for its job:

Analytics only run if a measurement ID is configured and you grant consent. If analytics are disabled or not configured, no tracking script is loaded.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, secure authentication, and row-level database security to protect your information.
